By accessing or using the Website, submitting an inquiry or estimate request, or otherwise interacting with us through the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

Information presented on the Website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and does not constitute a binding offer, estimate, contract, warranty, or guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement issued by SGS.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes.
You may not use the Website:
- In violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law;
- To submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized information;
- To interfere with the operation or security of the Website;

- In any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
3. Estimate and Quote Requests
The Website may allow you to request an estimate, consultation, inspection, appointment, or additional information.
Submitting a request through the Website does not create a contract between you and SGS and does not obligate SGS to perform any work.
Any preliminary pricing, ranges, examples, or other pricing information provided through the Website, telephone, email, text message, photograph, or other communication may be subject to verification.
Final pricing may depend on factors including, but not limited to:
- Property dimensions and conditions;
- Roof height, pitch, configuration, and accessibility;
- Existing gutter and drainage systems;
- Materials selected;
- Gutter size and style;
- Downspout requirements;
- Fascia, soffit, roof edge, or structural conditions;
- Site accessibility;
- Removal and disposal requirements;
- Additional labor or equipment requirements; and
- Other conditions discovered during an inspection or performance of the work.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, an estimate or quote is not a guarantee that conditions at the property will be exactly as anticipated.
4. Estimates and Written Agreements
Any services ultimately performed by SGS may be subject to a separate written estimate, proposal, work order, contract, invoice, warranty, or other agreement.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and the terms of a signed or otherwise binding service agreement relating to specific work, the applicable service agreement will control with respect to that work.
SGS reserves the right to correct typographical, mathematical, clerical, or pricing errors before entering into a binding agreement, subject to applicable law.
5. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointment dates and estimated service dates are subject to availability and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Weather;
- Unsafe working conditions;
- Material availability;
- Supplier delays;
- Equipment issues;
- Staffing availability;
- Property access;
- Changes in project scope; and
- Other unforeseen circumstances.
Unless specifically guaranteed in a written agreement, scheduling dates and completion timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.
6. Customer Responsibilities and Property Access
When requesting or scheduling services, you are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the property and requested work.
Where applicable, customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to areas necessary for SGS to inspect or perform requested services.
This may include ensuring that:
- Gates and access points are unlocked or otherwise accessible;
- Vehicles and personal property are moved when reasonably necessary;
- Pets are safely secured;
- Work areas are reasonably clear of obstructions;
- SGS is informed of underground utilities, irrigation systems, electrical equipment, septic systems, or other concealed conditions that may affect the work;
- SGS is informed of known structural, roofing, fascia, soffit, drainage, or other property issues that could affect the work; and
- The customer has authority to authorize work at the property.
Additional charges or scheduling changes may apply if conditions materially differ from those disclosed or reasonably anticipated, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
7. Existing and Concealed Property Conditions
Exterior construction and gutter work may reveal pre-existing or concealed conditions that cannot reasonably be identified before work begins.
Such conditions may include deteriorated fascia, damaged soffits, rotted wood, structural deterioration, roofing defects, improper prior installation, hidden water damage, inadequate drainage, insect damage, or other defects.
Unless specifically included in the agreed scope of work, SGS is not responsible for repairing pre-existing or concealed conditions.
If additional work is recommended or required because of conditions discovered during the project, SGS may provide the customer with additional options, pricing, or changes to the scope of work before proceeding where appropriate.
8. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for services will be established in the applicable estimate, proposal, contract, work order, invoice, or other written agreement.
Payment terms, including deposits, progress payments, final payments, accepted payment methods, and applicable fees, will be governed by the applicable agreement or invoice.
Customers are responsible for paying all amounts properly due for authorized services in accordance with the applicable payment terms.
Taxes, permit fees, additional authorized work, or other charges may apply where applicable.
9. Changes to the Scope of Work
Changes requested by a customer after an estimate or agreement has been accepted may result in additional charges and changes to the project schedule.
When reasonably practicable, material changes to the agreed scope of work will be documented through an updated estimate, change order, written authorization, invoice, electronic communication, or other record.
SGS is not obligated to perform work outside the agreed scope without appropriate authorization and agreement regarding any additional charges.
10. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation, postponement, deposit, and rescheduling requirements applicable to a particular project or service will be governed by the applicable estimate, proposal, contract, work order, or other agreement.
SGS reserves the right to reschedule or postpone work when reasonably necessary because of weather, unsafe conditions, access issues, material delays, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Warranties
Any warranty applicable to materials, workmanship, products, or services will be provided separately in writing where applicable.
Manufacturer warranties are provided by the applicable manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer's terms, conditions, exclusions, registration requirements, and limitations.
Nothing stated on the Website should be interpreted as creating an additional warranty unless expressly identified as a warranty in writing by SGS.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SGS disclaims warranties regarding the Website itself, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to disclaim or limit warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be disclaimed or limited.
